Dyah has an extensive experiences in handling antitrust and competition law issues before the Indonesia’s Competition Authority (KPPU), varying from advisory, cartel investigation, and antitrust and competition disputes.
Fully qualified to practice in Indonesia and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) as well as having a Master of Laws degree from the Queen Mary University of London in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution, giving her the exposure in handling any domestic or transnational disputes, varying from commercial disputes before the courts, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. She is also experienced in handling investigations, white-collar crimes as well as private wealth disputes.
She is the Indonesian correspondent for the International Bar Association (IBA) ANtitrust Committee Newsletter and also the Head of Communication Department at the Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA).
